Hong Kong, January 6th, 2006 – Movielearn Systems Pte Ltd.™ (www.movielearn.com) teaches English through watching movies on a PC with its groundbreaking edutainment software application, and is pleased to announce the signing of a licensing agreement with FremantleMedia Ltd. allowing Movielearn to teach English with The Apprentice and Baywatch.

FremantleMedia is one of the largest international creators and producers of program brands in the world, with The Apprentice and Baywatch being amongst their most popular series. The launching of these products with the PC based English learning software application will commence Q1 2006 in Hong Kong, with distribution following shortly after in Q2 2006 in Taiwan, Thailand, S Korea, China and Germany. Discussions are also underway for Japan.

Legendary movie-maker Steven Spielberg is being linked to a forthcoming Baywatch movie version for 2006 with DreamWorks SKG buying all the theatrical rights.
