Movielearn Announces Title Sponsorship of The Apprentice Season VI airing Saturdays on TVB Pearl; also to launch apprentice competition in Hong Kong

Hong Kong, March 1, 2007 – Movielearn Hong Kong Ltd., distributor of the groundbreaking ESL edutainment software called Movielearn that teaches everyday spoken English through movies on the computer, announces its title sponsorship of The Apprentice Season VI airing on TVB Pearl every Saturday evening at 8:30-9:30 from March 3 to June 2, 2007.

Movielearn made the official announcement in a joint press conference with TVB Pearl held last February 28 at the World Trade Center in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The press conference was attended and supported by Hong Kong top celebrities such as reigning Mr. Hong Kong Francois Huynh and Ms. Hong Kong Sharon Luk as well as TV personalities Heidi Chu and Michael Tse.

Movielearn’s Vice President Susan Macdonald says, “We are thankful to our Hong Kong celebrities who graced the event, and also the fans, for their enthusiasm and support of The Apprentice and Movielearn. As title sponsors of The Apprentice Season VI, we look forward to Movielearn’s continued success in the Hong Kong market as the new fun and dynamic educational product that teaches everyday spoken English through movies.”

For season VI, The Apprentice moves to Los Angeles, California, leaving Manhattan for the first time in the history of the show. Mr. Trump will once again do the firing - and the hiring - as 18 candidates vie for the coveted title of "The Apprentice" and the career opportunity of a lifetime working for the legendary business tycoon. Along with the new Southern California backdrop, Ivanka and Donald Trump Jr. will also make their debut as full-time boardroom judges and advisors to their father this season.

“With its interesting and relevant content, we are confident that our title sponsorship of The Apprentice Season VI will help boost our campaign for better English proficiency in Hong Kong,” says Ms. Macdonald.  “Movielearn focuses on teaching real life English. Learning English with The Apprentice not only exposes learners to business English as spoken by native speakers, it also gives insights into the U.S. business management culture and helps improve one’s leadership, presentation and negotiation skills.

Movielearn helps develop learners’ competency in dealing with English speaking natives in social or business settings here and abroad.”

In line with its ongoing marketing thrust, Movielearn also announces the launching of its apprentice competition in Hong Kong.

Movielearn has teamed up with affiliate company Bigfoot Entertainment to launch an exciting search for the apprentice to train in the art of filmmaking in Asia’s Hollywood.  Movielearn’s apprentice will be flown to the exotic island of Cebu, Philippines for an all-expense-paid on-the-set training in the International Academy of Film and Television, the leading film school of Asia. Online applications and screenings are ongoing until June 8, 2007. For more information, visit http://apprentice.movielearn.com

The Movielearn software is currently distributed online and in major bookstores in Hong Kong. To view the list of outlets or to purchase online, just visit www.movielearn.com
