RETURN / REFUND POLICY

• Exchange or Refund
  
  To return a disc for an exchange or refund the merchandise must still be shrink-wrapped (not taken out of its plastic wrap)
  
  
• Defective Items
  
  If the title was found to be defective, indicate the problem with the returned disc and it will replaced with the same title as soon as possible
  
  
• Fees
  
  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned
  There is no refund on paid Handling and shipping charges
  
  
• Items with no Refund Value
  
  All opened items or items with visible damages such as scratches are not returnable and exchangeable
  
  The customer must inform us by filling a complaint to info@movielearn.com within 7 days, with your name, phone, email address, stating the reason of return and invoice number, and deliver the damaged items to us at:

  Our company reserves the right of refusal of any returned product after 7 days. So please check and make sure the product is correct and in good condition.
